Director of Integration and Knowledge Mobilization

Deb brings over 20 years experience in corporate andhealthcare environments to her role as Knowledge Mobilizer with the ChronicPain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans.  Based in Hamilton,Ontario, Deb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and an Honours Bachelorof Business Administration and connects to this role with a specific dedicationto stakeholder engagement and relationship development.  Through manyyears of experience in healthcare and industry in Organizational Development,Team and Leadership Development and Leading Change -  Deb has uniqueskills to focus on people and impacting change in the lives of others.

 

Deb is committed to the vision and mission of the organizationwith a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to share research results andbest practices in support of our Veterans and their families.

 

Personally, Deb is an advocate of nature conservancy andenjoys many outdoor activities with her friends and family - canoeing, camping,hiking, biking among others.

The Centre of Excellence’s Board of Directors oversees the operations and financials of the Centre of Excellence as a not-for-profit, and includes veterans, industry leaders, and chronic pain experts from McMaster University Faculty of Health Sciences and Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation.
